Can I wash my SleepBzzz?
Can I hear my alarm in the morning with this on?
As long as your phone is paired to the device, your alarm will actually go off through the SleepBzzz. Making it even easier to wake up!
Will the battery stay alive all night long?
Yes! We've just updated our battery technology to allow for up to 3 full nights of playtime on a single charge. After around 4 hours with no music or sounds playing, the system automatically goes in to standby to save battery.
Does it come in different sizes? I have a big/small head..
Our SleepBzzz has a stretch fabric that feels very comfortable when using it. It adapts to you, so you don’t have to go through the hassle of measuring and guessing your size.
Is the headband actually comfortable enough to sleep in?

Does it have any power down or battery low noise that will wake you up?
No.. once the device reaches low battery it will silently power down to preserve the last bit of juice without disturbing or waking you from your sleep.

Absolutely.. many of our customers actually use the band for traveling, workouts, meditation, yoga & so much more. It's great for a calm walk with music or an audiobook.

We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. Our branded products are manufactured in the United States & China.
Depending on your location we ship our products from one of three international warehouses, we have a warehouse in China, Australia and the United States.
What does the free lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty comes with every purchase. It covers any mechanical defects such as the speakers stop working or the control panel is defective, also minor rips/tears in the band.
What about shipping and delivery times?
Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1-3 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once the order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to your email which you can use on our website. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). Your product will arrive within 7-15 days due to temporary delays from COVID-19.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
